Now to add it: open elvui config (type \ec) > go to Filters > Click on "Select Filter" to open a drop menu > Chose Buff Indicator > Click on "Add SpellID" and type 194384 then press OKAY > click on Select Spell to open the drop menu and select Atonement > then chose the color of the buff and the anchor point depend on what you prefer.
